Added: dialog to choose a font. Sans-Serif, Serif and Monospace are standard fonts. The other fonts are "Downloadable Fonts" that will be downloaded on your device by Google Play Service the first time you use it. Google Play Service is required to use Downloadable Fonts.
Text to speech (requires at least android lollipop).
